

Classes
Mat Pilates involves performing the original, and variations of, Joseph Pilates' exercises. Additional equipment is used to challenge yourself, provide support or used as a focal point.
My classes are open to all abilities, whether you're new to Pilates or a regular, I offer a lot of variations and progressions. I encourage you to work to your own ability and not compare yourself to others in class. These classes are for you to work on your own goals.

I recommend you attend regular classes in order to feel the benefit of Pilates.​

Classes in your class pass are to be taken over eight weeks from the first class attended.
If you can't attend your usual class one week then you're welcome to attend another class in the week, subject to availability.
Private Introductory Class​
​
This 1:1 or 2:1 class are for those who are wanting a guide through the fundamentals of Pilates and help with correcting posture.
​
If you are new to the exercise then I highly recommend you book one of these classes prior to attending a group class so you can ensure you are doing each exercise correctly.

These classes are an hour and take place in your own space.

1:1 Classes​

These one hour classes offer a tailored plan to you and your goals, and are perfect for those who have more specific injuries where a tailored plan is more suitable. They can be booked at a time which suits you and take place in your own space.
