The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was introduced on 25th May 2018, therefore Release Pilates are obliged to provide a Privacy Policy to inform you of the information we hold about you and what your information is used for.
What information do we collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way, such as, your name, address, telephone number, email address, emergency contact details and other personal questions on your health, which includes your medical history and medication.
In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your personal information?
Release Pilates is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Your premedical questionnaire (PAR Q and You) is kept securely on file should any medical needs arise. Your PAR Q is stored either electronically or paper documents which are also kept in a secured file.

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser. They are typically used to keep track of the settings you have selected and actions you have taken on a site. They are used to provide a great experience for our visitors and customers.

How long do we keep your data for?
Paper documents are kept for a minimum of 7 years, after then will they be disposed of confidentially by shredding or burning. Electronic documents are never deleted unless requested.
