Terms & Conditions

Before booking onto any class, please read the terms and conditions below.

Booking and Payment

Classes are booked by buying a 6 class pass or as a single class, subject to availability. To book, please contact Elise at hello@releasepilates.co.uk. Your place is not confirmed until we have received payment from you. Your class pass is active from the first class you attend. Single classes are booked in advance.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash before the first class.

If you buy a 6 class pass, then these are to be taken over 8 weeks.

Once your class pass comes to an end, Elise will send an email to you checking in and see if you would like to buy another class pass. 

For private introductory classes, these are single classes and are booked at a time which suits you and Elise. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash before the class. To book, please contact Elise at hello@releasepilates.co.uk.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Once the class/classes have been paid for, Release Pilates are under no obligation to offer a refund.

If you cannot attend one week, then you’re welcome to join another class in the same week subject to availability. Please email Elise at hello@releasepilates.co.uk before attending another class. You cannot add on any missed classes to the next class pass you buy.

​If Elise cannot attend a class due to illness, self-isolation or any other reason, then a refund will be provided single classes or no class will be taken off your class pass.

If the venue becomes unavailable for any reason, Elise will endeavour to find another venue and give notice to all clients. If no other venue is available, then a refund will be provided to you for that one class, or no class will be taken off your class pass.

Should any government restrictions on taking face-to-face classes occur, then Release Pilates are under no obligation to provide refunds, classes will be on hold until they can happen again.

Gift Vouchers

All classes offered in the gift vouchers are to be used by the expiry date on the voucher.

Classes are subject to availability. Please contact Elise to enquire before coming to any class as classes could be full.

Voucher can be passed on to some one else but only the amount of classes stated on the voucher can be used in total.

 

Health, Fitness and Pregnancy

It is the responsibility of the client to inform Elise of any medical conditions, pregnancy and injuries prior to starting the class. All new clients must complete the health questionnaire, before starting class and inform Elise via email of any updates and any new injuries, pregnancy etc., as soon as possible.

Any new injuries, health issues or illnesses must be consulted by a doctor and agreed by them if you are able to return. Clients should let Elise know of any pain during the session.

If you are struggling with anything in class, then please do let Elise know as soon as possible and she will do her best to help.

Classes are not pre or post-natal specific, but exercises will be adapted for those who are pregnant.

 

Safety and Hygiene

Clients are required to bring their own equipment due to hygiene reasons. This includes a mat, soft ball, block and resistance band. This equipment can be supplied; however, we ask that it is cleaned after use. Anti-bacterial spray and cloth will be provided.

It is advised clients wear non-slip socks.

Please use hand sanitiser before class.

It is recommended clients bring a bottle of water with them to class to keep hydrated.

 

COVID-19

In class, hands-on correction is used, if you would prefer no hands-on correction then please let Elise know before the start of the class.

Release Pilates take no liability for exposure of COVID-19, it is the responsibility of clients to ensure they are free of COVID prior to attending class.

Entry

Release Pilates have the right to reject anyone from the class if their behaviour is unacceptable or threatening. No refund will be given.

​

Valuables and Personal Belongings

Valuables and personal belongings are the responsibility of the client and Release Pilates takes no responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

If any items are lost, then it is your responsibility to contact the venue directly.
